Doesn’t FaceGuard have to use the ‘cloud’ to synchronize devices, Destinations and share faces?

A conventional password manager stores your data on their servers. That’s how they keep your devices in sync. FaceGuard sends encrypted information from one device to another. Unless the user opts for slower transit, transactions complete and disappear in ten (10) seconds or less.
