You are responsible for all activity when using the FaceGuard app. You must keep your passwords confidential. You agree not to use FaceGuard for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Service Terms
FaceGuard is not a cloud-based service. All personal data is securely maintained on your device. FaceGuard may experience downtime from time to time related to your Internet provider and their website access. FaceGuard reserves the right to change or discontinue any features or services at any time.

FaceGuard securely stores any personal data optionally entered into the app by you for use when conveniently retrieving for your insertion into Internet websites in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can view and update your personal information within the FaceGuard app on your device at any time. Your personal information is never shared with FaceGuard, LLC or any 3rd party. Purchase of optional enhancements and/or services is via the appropriate platform store (Google, Apple, Microsoft) with which you already have an account.
Security
FaceGuard uses industry-standard security measures to protect your data. FaceGuard will optionally generate strong passwords. You are responsible for then using the strong passwords and keeping them confidential.

FaceGuard is provided "as is" and "as available." FaceGuard makes no warranties, express or implied, about the product and/or service. FaceGuard is not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the product and/or service.
Termination
FaceGuard may terminate your access to the FaceGuard product at any time for any reason. You may terminate your use of the FaceGuard product at any time by deleting it from your devices.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of the State of Illinois.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and FaceGuard, LLC. These Terms and Conditions may be modified by FaceGuard, LLC from time to time.
